Privacy Policy
Last Updated: March 1, 2026At Cutria, we prioritize the security of your creative work. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle your data across our infrastructure.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Data: Your email and basic profile information used for authentication.
- Production Content: Scripts, project timelines, ideas, and media assets (images, audio) you upload to your Workspaces.
- Operational Data: System logs required to maintain the stability and security of the Service. We do not use third-party analytics tools inside the application.
2. Data Infrastructure and Security
Your data is hosted on professional-grade cloud infrastructure. While we may use Google Cloud/Firebase for certain authentication services, our primary production environment, including databases and file storage, is powered by Amazon Web Services (AWS).
We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) to ensure that your scripts and media assets are protected both during transmission and while stored on our servers.
3. Payments
All subscription payments are handled by Paddle, our authorized reseller. Cutria does not collect or store your credit card numbers or bank account details.
4. Data Ownership
You own 100% of your content. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your scripts, ideas, or assets. We do not sell your personal information or content to any third parties.
5. Account Deletion
We believe you should have full control over your data. You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the Cutria application settings.
Once you confirm the deletion in the app, your account will be deactivated, and your data will be purged from our production servers. If you encounter any issues with the in-app deletion process, you can also request manual removal by contacting us at team@cutria.com.
6. Contact Us
If you have questions about your privacy or how your data is handled on AWS, please contact our team at team@cutria.com.
