Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which Cutria provides refunds for its subscription services. Our policy varies depending on whether you purchased the Service through our website or via a mobile app store.

1. Web Subscriptions (Paddle)

If you subscribed to Cutria via our website, your payment was processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller.

• Refund Eligibility: You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you have not significantly used the Service (e.g., you haven't exhausted your Project Slots or uploaded large amounts of media).
• Process: To request a refund for a web subscription, contact us at team@cutria.com or contact Paddle Support directly.

2. Mobile Subscriptions (Apple & Google)

If you subscribed via the iOS App Store or Google Play Store, your purchase is managed by the respective store's payment system (integrated via RevenueCat).

• Apple App Store: We cannot process refunds for iOS purchases directly. You must request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Google Play Store: For Android purchases, you can request a refund through the Google Play console or by contacting us within 48 hours of the transaction.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:

• Renewal of a subscription that was not cancelled before the billing date.
• Accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
• Partial months of service usage.
