Welcome to Cutria. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cutria website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By using Cutria, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Cutria is an intelligent workspace for video creators, providing tools for project management, scriptwriting, and team collaboration. The Service includes various subscription tiers affecting storage limits and available "Project Slots."

2. Accounts and Registration

• To use certain features, you must register for an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Service.

3. Subscription Plans and Payments

• Billing: Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions.
• Project Slots: Your ability to manage active projects is limited by the number of "Slots" in your plan. Archiving a project frees up a slot.
• Storage: Media assets attached to projects are subject to the storage limits of your selected plan.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy and Paddle’s standard procedures.

4. User Content and Conduct

• Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the content (scripts, ideas, media) you upload to Cutria.
• License to Us: By uploading content, you grant Cutria a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
• Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that is illegal, infringing on intellectual property, or contains malware.

5. Collaboration and Workspaces

Content in a Personal Workspace is private. Content in a Team Workspace is accessible to invited members (Editors/Production Crew) based on assigned roles. Workspace owners are responsible for the actions of the users they invite.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if your actions pose a risk to the Service or other users.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cutria is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data (including scripts or media assets) or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service.
